Delivery and Shipping Terms

1. The delivery of goods is carried out via shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address provided in the seller's order processing system is decisive for handling the transaction.

2. If the shipping company returns the dispatched goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the failed delivery or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, provided that the seller had not announced the delivery within a reasonable period in advance. Additionally, this does not apply to the initial shipping costs if the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal. In the case of a valid withdrawal, the provisions stated in the seller’s cancellation policy apply to return shipping costs.

3. Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

4. Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 4 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 8 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

5. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

6. Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Our shipping costs are as follows:
deliveries to Germany: 4,90 €
Deliveries to foreign countries: 9,90 €
