Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (jp60, Wuerzburger Str. 32, 97228 Rottendorf, info@jp60.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you (excluding any incurred shipping costs) without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

 

Procedure for Returning Products

You have the option to return your products within 14 days of receipt. Please follow these steps:

- Ensure that the product(s) are in perfect original condition.
- Choose a shipping service provider of your choice and send the package to our address: jp60, Wuerzburger Str. 32, 97228 Rottendorf
- Notify us exclusively via our contact form, providing only your order number, the tracking number of your chosen shipping provider, and, if applicable, the reason for your return.
- Once we have received your return and checked it for integrity, your refund will be processed.
